Want to get some warm-up touches on the sand where you're going to compete through the weekend? We'll do about 20 minutes of ball control to get warmed up and then the girls will compete in a work-up style format for about an hour and a half.
The girls will be switching courts throughout the warm-up and will move courts every 10 minutes. They will move up or down based on how many points they and they partner can get during that 10 minute span.
